GREX, which operates ADDACK (“we”, “us” or “our”), sets out the following policy on the handling of personal information on this website and in the services we provide. “Personal information” means information that can identify a specific individual, such as a person’s name, date of birth and address (including information that can be easily cross-referenced with other information to identify a specific individual).
1. Personal information we collect and how we collect it
We may collect the following personal information.
- Information you enter in the inquiry form: your name, email address, company or studio name, game URL, budget and the details of your inquiry
- Information you provide when entering into a contract or transaction: billing name or entity name, address, contact details and other information required for the transaction
- Payment information: After you have entered into a contract with us following a consultation and negotiation, payments are made through the payment service “Stripe”. No payments are taken on this website. Payment details such as credit card numbers are collected directly by the payment provider, and we do not hold them.
- Information collected automatically when you browse this website: IP address, information about your browser and device, date and time of access, and similar information
2. Purposes of use
We use the personal information we collect to the extent necessary for the following purposes.
- To respond to inquiries and consultation requests
- To propose services, provide quotations and communicate about contracts
- To provide game PR, influencer campaigns, page and video production and our other services
- To arrange and manage production and progress, and to provide delivery and after-support
- To handle invoicing, payment confirmation and other transaction management
- To improve the quality of our services, prevent misuse and respond to failures
3. Provision to third parties
We do not, in principle, provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

- When required by law
If we need to share personal information such as your name and contact details with creators, influencers or other partners for a PR campaign or production, we will tell you in advance what information will be shared and with whom, and share it only with your consent.
4. Outsourcing and use of external services
To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use, we may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information. In that case, we require the contractor to handle personal information appropriately and provide necessary and appropriate supervision. The main contractors and services we use are as follows.
- Server for this website: We use a rental server in Japan (Xserver).
- ADDACK HUB (applies once the service is available): We use Vercel for hosting and Neon for the database, and personal information is stored and processed in facilities in Singapore. These providers are located in the United States, and Vercel’s delivery network is distributed around the world.
- Payments (for payments after a contract is agreed): Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its group companies). Information may be handled outside Japan. For how Stripe handles information, please see Stripe’s privacy policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).
- Contractors for translation, production support and similar work: We share information only to the extent necessary for the work.
Where these services are located outside Japan, personal information may be stored and handled in other countries. We understand the personal information protection framework of the relevant country and take the measures necessary for secure management.
5. Management and protection of personal information
We endeavor to manage the personal information we handle appropriately, including by taking the following measures, to prevent loss, alteration, unauthorized access and leakage.
- We limit the people who handle personal information to the minimum necessary.
- We apply access restrictions, such as password management, to the equipment and services we use.
- We provide necessary and appropriate supervision of our contractors.
6. Cookies and external services
This website may use cookies and similar technologies to provide functionality and to remember display settings. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may then become unavailable.
This website uses YouTube to showcase videos. When thumbnails are loaded or videos are played, information such as your IP address, information about your device and browser, and information about viewing and playback may be sent to Google and others. 7. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, or for the period required by law. Inquiry content is deleted approximately one year after we finish handling the inquiry. Transaction records for contracts that are concluded (including information about invoicing and payment) are retained for the period prescribed by tax laws and other regulations.
After these periods have passed, or when we no longer need to hold the information, we delete or dispose of it by an appropriate method.
8. Requests regarding personal information
We strive to keep personal information as accurate and up to date as possible.
You may request that we notify you of the purposes of use of, disclose, correct, add to or delete the personal information we hold about you, stop using or erase it, or stop providing it to third parties. Please send your request to the contact point below. To prevent personal information from leaking to third parties, we will respond without delay and in accordance with the law only after we have confirmed that the request comes from you. If we charge a fee for a disclosure request, we will tell you in advance. If we are unable to comply because of legal restrictions, we will explain the reason.
